Will this work with my existing SimplyBook account?

Yes โ€” that's the whole point. We connect to your existing SimplyBook account via API; no migration, no data export, no second calendar. Your bookings stay where they are.

How many beauticians / staff can I have?

No limit on our side. The constraint is your SimplyBook plan โ€” Free/Basic allows 1 provider, Standard allows 5, Premium allows 10, Premium Plus allows more. If your plan caps you at fewer staff than you have, you'll need to upgrade with SimplyBook directly.

What if I have multiple locations?

Booking Premium handles multiple locations through a single WhatsApp number โ€” the AI routes each booking to the right outlet's calendar. You don't need three separate setups for three outlets.

What happens at 10pm on a Saturday?

Your AI assistant is online, books the slot, sends confirmation. Your customer wakes up tomorrow having already secured their appointment instead of waiting in your inbox until Monday.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

You get a WhatsApp alert for every booking, reschedule, and cancellation as it happens โ€” so you see everything in real time. If anything looks off, you intervene from your end. We also have hallucination guards: if the AI tries to claim "done" without actually doing it, we catch it and route the customer to your staff.

How long does setup take?

2-3 business days. You give us API access to your SimplyBook, we configure the WhatsApp bot, run smoke tests with real bookings, train your team. By day 4 you're live.

Will customers know they're chatting with an AI?

Yes โ€” we believe in transparency. The AI introduces itself by name (you choose). Most customers don't mind; they just want their booking confirmed quickly. For complex situations the AI routes them to your team.

What's the message cap and why?

Each plan covers up to a monthly message volume (2K / 4K / 8K). Most salons in your size bracket never approach the cap. If you do, overage is SGD 0.04/msg or we'll suggest upgrading you. The caps exist because the underlying AI (Claude Sonnet 4.6) has a real per-message cost โ€” we set caps that protect both you and us from surprise bills.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. If it's not working for you, message us and we shut it down at the end of the month. Setup fee is non-refundable, but you're not locked in beyond that.
