Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI replies — 2,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Business. One reply is one message the AI sends; messages your team types are free, and a typical booking chat is 3–4 replies, so most salons never approach the cap. If you do, extra replies are SGD 0.05 each, and we alert you at 75% and 90% of your allowance or suggest moving up a plan. The allowances exist because the underlying AI (Claude Sonnet 4.6) has a real per-message cost — they protect both you and us from surprise bills.
Yes. No long-term contracts. If it's not working for you, message us and we shut it down at the end of the month. Setup fee is non-refundable, but you're not locked in beyond that.
